THE BOARD
Windsor Jazz Concert Series (WJCS) is a nonprofit corporation registered in Ontario, promoting professional "jazz-in-concert" in Windsor starting in 2022.
The new organization is built on the various series Windsor promoter Hugh Leal has been operating independently since 1976. His ongoing string of concerts since that time have proven to be the longest-running jazz concert series in Canadian history.

Leal's productions have always focused on presenting quality, including musicians who are recipients of the Order of Canada, Juno Award and Grammy Award winners. Many internationally recognized artists from the major US jazz cities have been featured, with a special emphasis on Detroit's great jazz players.
